Owner & Group Fitness Trainer
Quentin is the owner of 531 Fitness in Meadville, which he established in 2014. Originally a group training facility, 531 Fitness has since evolved into a comprehensive gym that offers 24-hour access, personal training, and a variety of group fitness classes. A graduate of the National Personal Training Institute in Ohio, Quentin has explored numerous training styles, ultimately discovering his passion for functional fitness and group training. He thrives on helping beginners master fundamental movements, ensuring they build a strong foundation for their fitness journey. Quentin's commitment to creating a functional, friendly space that accommodates all fitness levels, while providing convenient access, has made 531 Fitness a community hub for health and wellness.

Tara Brown
General Manager & Group Fitness Trainer
With a passion for fitness and community, Tara has been a vital part of 531 Fitness since graduating from the National Personal Training Institute in 2017. As the General Gym Manager, she oversees all gym memberships, payments, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for all members. In addition to management, Tara is a dedicated group fitness trainer, inspiring others to achieve their health and wellness goals. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and motivating environment makes 531 Fitness a welcoming place for everyone.

Nathan Irwin
Personal Trainer
Nathan is a personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a passion for helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in and out of the gym. He specializes in strength and hypertrophy training, using simple, effective, evidence-based methods to deliver lasting results.
His approach is all about meeting clients where they're at, making fitness accessible, and leaving behind the all-or-nothing mentality that often holds people back. With a background in theatre performance, Nathan brings energy, creativity, and a personal touch to every session. His coaching style is motivating yet approachable - designed to guide clients step by step toward where they want to be.
